It's less serious than it sounds. However, it can turn ugly.

I wish to contact the OTO, specifically the Maurtia Falls faction since they seem to be the ones who aren't extremists. In May they flooded some buildings to leave a message, which isn't like the OTO faction from Phobos who tried to drop a nuclear bomb on us, so I believe that specific group could be reasoned why.

I don't know if there will be punching. It's something to consider, too, since we are talking about the OTO, after all.

I was thinking of doing the same they did. Choose houses that have addresses that can be used as a cipher, leave a message in the basements and flood them.

They were targeting places of corruption, if I remember correctly. [He does read the majority reports.] In Maurtia Falls, I could write a book--or I guess plan a walking tour--of such places.

Hm- the address numbers have to fit the cipher, though. I was thinking something along the lines "TALK", since I don't want others who aren't involved to go sniff at this.

2011 Townscourt Lane is home of Detective Jim Collins. Cops as crooked as the day's long, but shit doesn't seem to stick to him. Even the clean cops of Maurtia Falls don't like him.

211 Park Road might be a bit of a stretch, but I like to think of it as a bit of genius. You know Ronald Hemsworth? CEO mega-douche who keeps raising the prices of life saving drugs? Well he's got himself a mistress he doesn't think anyone knows about, and lets her live rent-free in a townhouse he owns through a shell company he thinks no one knows about.

We can go for both of those, they seem good targets that no one would feel too sad about. [ well, it's not the lady's fault exactly, but she IS dating a douchebag. ]

We need to make sure no one is at home during this. Perhaps follow them and check their routines, and hopefully find a time when both houses can be hit at the same time. [ it will make it harder to pin on someone specifically if the two hoses are hit at the same time ]
